〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕新北市三重環河南路、中正南路一帶俗稱的「豆干厝」，暗藏春色眾所皆知，當地居民是不勝其擾！周邊房價每坪20餘萬元求售也乏人問津，99年在市府與警方通力合作下，將該處夷為平地，「豆干厝」正式走入歷史，讓居民生活品質提升，因而帶動周邊房價起飛，目前房價飆漲至一坪50萬元以上。
