〔記者李文生／台南報導〕受洪仲丘案影響而經立法院審議通過的軍事審判法修正案，8月15日起生效，全台唯一軍監「國防部台南監獄」六甲區日新山莊，15日展開受刑人大移監，第一階段移監243人，至於剩下的64位受刑人何時移監，軍方並沒有明確時間。
