〔記者陳榮昌／台中報導〕大甲區農會為配合政府農地維護保存政策，將江南里一里四百五十公頃田地規劃為「農業經營專區」，以種植芋頭、苦瓜等農作物為主標，成為全台示範區之一，六年來成果逐漸落實，大甲芋頭價格也已連續三年好光景，今年的芋頭已進入採收期，農民看好行情。
