〔記者曾少甫／台北報導〕針對卡拉OK噪音擾民情事，台北市從8月1日起規定晚上10點至隔天早上8點及例假日中午12時至下午2時，環保局不需量測即以行為罰逕行告發處分，截至8月14日共告發18件，其中酒店2件，小吃店16件。其中一件從今年至今遭民眾檢舉60餘次的唱歌噪音，也逕行開單告發裁罰新台幣3,000元，並請業者勿再唱歌擾鄰。
