〔記者黃志政／台中報導〕「總統說72小時，可以變成73小時嗎」？對於菲國駐台代表白熙禮過了最後通牒期限1小時才針對槍殺我漁民事件作出回應，曾任外交部長的台中市長胡志強表示，菲律賓誠意不夠，臺灣人不是隨便可以欺負的！他說：「如果是我，12點一到談判破裂，說明一切狀況，進入第二階段」。
