【鉅亨網記者黃佩珊 台北】新版的證所稅8500點天險取消，104年後1年交易金額超過10億元的部分，加計千分之1做為課徵標準，但如果盈虧互抵，投資人認為沒有獲利，就核實申報，新修正案最快立法院這個會期通過。
