〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕原先馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）主席裴瑞茲，預計15日下午代表菲國做最新回應，但外交部方面表示，由於裴瑞茲授權不足且缺乏誠意，因此今日將拒絕接見他本人。
