〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）主席裴瑞茲，15日下午進入外交部，與亞太司司長何登煌進行近一小時的溝通後搭車離去，除了再次重申自己代表菲律賓總統艾奎諾，向受難家屬表達歉意，裴瑞茲也強調，明天會再發表新的聲明。
