〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕羅伯特·塔夫茨今(2013)年只有4歲，他甚至還沒有讀完幼稚園小班，但已經成為一顆「政壇新星」，因為他肩負著管理美國一個小鎮的重要使命。多塞特鎮位於美國明尼蘇達州北部，這個小鎮是名副其實的「小」鎮，只有22名居民，小到連郵遞區號都沒有。每年8月，多塞特鎮都會舉行抽簽儀式，以抓鬮的方式選出下一年度新一任的鎮長。
