〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕由於我方無法接受菲律賓總統府所發出的道歉聲明，行政院長江宜樺15日晚間6時召開國際記者會宣布，立即啟動對菲律賓的第2波8項反制措施，並且不排除有第3波制裁。同時，國安會成立「對菲制裁措施應變監督小組」，以密切監控制裁實施情形。
