〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕菲律賓公務船槍殺我漁船，引起國人憤怒，傳出菲勞遭到棍棒毆打。民進黨立法院黨團幹事長潘孟安今（15）日表示，槍殺我漁民的凶手是菲律賓艾奎諾三世所領導的政府，不是菲律賓人民，台灣國民不應製造任何仇恨，「凶手是艾奎諾政府，不是瑪麗亞」。
