〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕菲律賓公務船射殺我漁民，菲國駐台代表白熙禮與外交部長林永樂終於在今（15）日凌晨1時召開記者會，但菲國政府仍未道歉。前行政院長謝長廷表示，政府應繼續護漁、演習、抵制觀光、促其讓步，不必再等。
