〔財經中心／綜合報導〕台灣的第一波行動是對菲律賓進行經濟制裁，凍結菲勞。為何菲律賓在第一次聽到我們將進行經濟制裁時，不但不緊張，還一副無所謂的樣子？實因台灣已不是菲律賓年輕勞工的首選，追根究柢，即是因薪水過低，他們較希望前往香港、新加坡等錢比較多的地方。
