〔社會中心／綜合報導〕菲律賓公務船射殺我國漁船，造成屏東籍漁民洪石成不幸身亡，我國政府要求菲律賓官方政府須公開道歉。原定14日晚間8時半，外交部長林永樂要與菲律賓駐台代表白熙禮召開記者會，卻延遲到15日凌晨1時開記者會，且聲明的內容完全不符國民期待，加上政府態度依舊軟趴趴，網友就諷刺5月15日是「國恥日」。
